Sunday mornings are for Jiu Jitsu! Gem State hosts Jiu Jitsu open mat every Sunday morning at Gem State Jiu Jitsu, opening our doors to the community, and providing a casual, fun, and safe place to get a roll in! No egos allowed. All levels welcome!

ABOUT Gem State Jiu Jitsu
Gem State Jiu Jitsu has a goal of making Jiu Jitsu more accessible to more people. This starts with offering private, mobile Jiu Jitsu instruction in the convenience of your own home, as well as providing Treasure Valley’s first and only “Coffee, Bagels, and Jiu Jitsu Open Mat”, every Sunday morning! This is my way of opening my doors to our community, building relationships, and sharing Jiu Jitsu.
Additionally, we will work together to understand YOUR goals, and tailor your training around that. Some people want to practice Jiu Jitsu competitively, some want to learn self-defense, and some just want to get in better shape. Whatever your goals are, we will achieve them together.
